Kate Paterson
Profile
Kate Paterson graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a BA (2003) and LLB (2005), both with distinctions. She then completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management through Wits Business School before commencing her articles with Livingstone Crichton in 2007. Kate was admitted as an attorney in March 2009, and became a partner in 2016.
Over the 14 years of legal experience Kate has dealt with a wide range of judicial matters. She has assisted more than 100 clients in the sphere of family law and divorce, and boasts a wealth of experience in this field.
She has a similar track record in commercial, labour and private client work, working on everything from the formation of companies to drafting agreements and resolving disputes.
